About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Tech Strategy & Transformation (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Deloitte. In this role, you will be at the forefront of technology and innovation, helping clients navigate complex business and technology challenges. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex consulting projects across various industries.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior clients to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Foster an inclusive environment while managing day-to-day operations of your teams, focusing on their professional development.
  • Consult with Deloitte leadership and leverage the broader Deloitte network to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop market eminence and provide internal coaching to build out your area of expertise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a client-facing/project manager role, either in-house or in a consulting environment.
  • Proven track record in managing medium to large multi-disciplinary project teams using traditional and agile methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging project demands.
  • Experience with IT Programme/Project Management, Agile Delivery Certification, or applying TOGAF or ITIL methodologies.
  • Ability to identify priorities critical to project success and ensure delivery standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT sourcing and business-led technology strategy.
  • Familiarity with enterprise design combining architecture and human-centered design techniques.
  • Certification in project management methodologies.
