About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Linux System Administrator to join our innovative team remotely from Portugal. In this role, you will manage and optimize Linux-based systems while contributing to our AI-powered automation consultancy. As a Senior Linux System Administrator, you will play a crucial part in enhancing operational performance through effective system administration.

What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of automation solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Collaborate with senior administrators to support complex IT environments, ensuring reliability and availability.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and document processes related to system administration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Python, and Bash scripting.
• Experience with JIRA for project management.
• Familiarity with automation solutions and AI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Certifications in Linux or related fields.
