What You'll Do

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and intellectual property matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and compliance, to address legal issues and mitigate risks.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Manage legal billing and e-billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a legal specialist or in a similar legal role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and compliance regulations.
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Advanced degree in law (JD or equivalent).
