About the Role

As a Senior Influencer Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and organization of our influencer program, ensuring that influencer initiatives run smoothly across both organic relationships and paid partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage day-to-day influencer marketing operations, including outreach strategy, gifting, campaign execution, and communication.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a segment of influencer partners, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
• Drive ongoing partnership health through proactive communication and long-term relationship development.
• Oversee influencer tracking sheets and campaign documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiencies across influencer programs.
• Guide and support junior team members with daily execution, troubleshooting, and prioritization.
• Pull and interpret performance metrics, delivering regular reporting on reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging creators and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of organic influencer relationship management and paid partnership execution.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns or creator workstreams simultaneously.
• Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ.
• Highly organized with strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to guide junior team members without formal people management responsibility.
• Passion for the beauty, skincare, and creator landscape.
