What You'll Do

• Rapidly build and ship scrappy 0→1 solutions across multiple tech stacks to capture growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with AI Researchers to explore State-of-the-Art (SOTA) models and brainstorm novel applications within the Agent Opus platform.
• Spend approximately 30% of your time on iterative work, driven by a strong growth mindset to identify new user expansion avenues.
• Work cross-functionally with growth marketers, product managers, and data teams to align on priorities and define metrics.
• Dedicate around 30% of your time to operational tasks, including SEO initiatives, Ads execution, and B2B leads sourcing.
• Serve as a strong communicator who advocates for ideas and presents data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a full-stack generalist with strong engineering skills in both front-end (React) and server-side (NodeJS, GCP).
• Possess a hacker spirit with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in rapidly growing startups.
• Demonstrate a combat mentality, setting ambitious goals and working hard to achieve them.
• Deeply understand creators and possess a strong product sense, comfortable working at a frontier AI company.
• Open to having 1–2 evening meetings per week with Asia-based senior engineers.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with growth marketing and distribution strategies (SEO, social, integrations).
• Experience in building small, high-leverage tools or side projects.
• Strong mobile skills (Swift/Kotlin).
