Senior Human Resources Generalist - Remote Opportunities
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Human Resources Generalist to join Eaton’s GEIS division. This role offers the chance to work remotely while supporting our Roanoke, VA facility. As a Senior Human Resources Generalist remote, you will play a critical role in shaping the HR landscape of our organization.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and strategies.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes for both hourly and salaried positions.
- Provide coaching and development for employees and leadership.
- Manage employee relations activities, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive practices.
- Enhance employee retention through effective onboarding and orientation processes.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for employee benefits and payroll inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of two years of experience in human resources or labor relations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports for decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
