Senior HRIS Analyst - Remote Opportunity in EMEA

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity across the EMEA region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our HR operations. As a Senior HRIS Analyst - remote, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize our human capital management strategies.

What You'll Do

• Manage and configure HRIS systems to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Lead projects related to system upgrades and integrations, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
• Provide training and support to HR team members on HRIS functionalities and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with UX design and mobile app design.
• Knowledge of advanced compensation structures and time & attendance systems.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and management.
