Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and talent management.
  • Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Python for HR analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in coaching and developing leaders within the organization.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
