  • Run A/B tests, derive insights, and propose new strategies to increase retention and product utilisation.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles (experience with MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, or similar platforms is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of user journey design, segmentation, and behavioural triggers.
  • Comfortable with data — able to interpret dashboards and draw insights to drive iteration.
  • Experience running experiments (A/B testing, growth loops, or funnel optimisation).
  • A growth mindset: proactive in suggesting new lifecycle strategies, not just executing existing ones.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Data driven, results focused and always looking to improve things.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with advanced analytics tools.
