About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Think Branded Media. This remote role allows you to work from Argentina while collaborating with a dynamic team that operates on US business hours. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll not only design but also direct, ensuring every visual asset is crafted with intention and creativity.

What You'll Do

• Design static graphics and visual assets that elevate brands, ensuring they are not just decorations but integral parts of the storytelling process.
• Create custom illustrations that showcase personality and range, moving beyond stock templates.
• Collaborate closely with our motion graphics team to develop layouts and systems that transition seamlessly into animated content.
• Bring a director-level eye to every frame, focusing on composition, hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives, pushing the creative boundaries of our projects.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience with a portfolio that demonstrates your range, taste, and craft.
• Strong understanding of design principles, especially in relation to motion graphics.
• Illustration skills that extend beyond basic icons to detailed, expressive artwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• A collaborative mindset with a thick skin and an open mind, ready to adapt to changing directions.
