About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Google Workspace Engineer to join our dynamic team at PCG - Public Cloud Group. As a Senior Google Workspace Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the digital workplace for our clients. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model, allowing you to choose the environment where you are most productive.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with clients on their digital transformation journey, addressing all technical questions related to Google Workspace.
  • Manage the preparation and execution of Google Workspace migrations across various system environments.
  • Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts, technical kickoffs, and training sessions for client IT administrators.
  • Take ownership of your projects, collaborating independently with client teams.
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues across different units.

Requirements

  • A degree in IT or a comparable vocational training.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Strong knowledge of the Windows client and server environment, including Exchange and Active Directory.
  • Several years of experience with Google Workspace technology and architecture.
  • Basic networking knowledge is essential.
  • A proactive work style with a strong customer and service orientation.
  • A passion for learning and sharing knowledge with others.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the service industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and SAP.
  • Previous consulting experience.
