Senior Global Social Marketing Leader - Relocate to New Zealand
About the Role

What You'll Do
- Define and deliver a best-in-class global social and content strategy that drives brand growth, engagement, and commercial performance.
- Set the creative vision across paid and owned channels, leading end-to-end global campaigns from insight through to execution and optimization.
- Work closely with brand, creative, digital, and media teams to deliver social-first, culturally relevant storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, websites, and CRM channels.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, scaling a global content engine while empowering local markets to build audiences and deliver content aligned to global standards.
- Lead and develop a specialist content team, championing the value of content internally and ensuring it delivers tangible business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in content marketing, brand, or social roles, either in-house or agency-side.
- Strong social-first experience, particularly across TikTok and Instagram, with proven success building and scaling audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver content campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to optimization.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, including London agencies, with the ability to translate insight into effective, brand-right content.
- Deep awareness of social trends and platform innovation.
- Experience building and managing content calendars across multiple owned channels.
- Hands-on experience producing both scrappy and polished content formats at scale.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading others, fostering creativity and collaboration.
