Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game design, with a focus on systems and live operations.
• Strong knowledge of game economies, monetization, and player engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creating engaging gameplay experiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
