About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Owner.com. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec). As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our all-in-one platform that empowers independent restaurants to thrive online.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship new product features from concept through production as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer.
  • Own projects end-to-end across frontend and backend systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on roadmap and feature planning.
  • Work directly with user workflows and real customer use cases.
  • Help shape engineering standards and contribute to a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production applications.
  • Experience at a top-tier startup and/or MAANG-level company.
  • Proven history of owning, shipping, or scaling impactful B2B or B2C products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) from a strong accredited university.
  • Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React (or React Native), Kotlin.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical work and business impact.
  • Authorized to work in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).

Nice to Have

  • Clear examples of going above and beyond to drive business impact.
  • Active GitHub, open-source contributions, hackathons, or meaningful side projects.
  • Experience in AI agents or AI automations.
  • Familiarity with growth engineering or product-led growth.
  • Experience with loyalty programs or lifecycle marketing platforms.
