Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Java, Angular) - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Java, Angular) - Remote to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative healthcare applications, utilizing your expertise in Java and Angular development. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new applications in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Angular 8, while also leveraging your backend SQL/Oracle skills.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Angular 8.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement robust and scalable backend services using Java and Spring framework.
• Utilize your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to solve complex problems.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Work in an Agile and SAFe development environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Java development, with strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher.
• Proficient in the Spring framework, including Spring Security, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• At least 2 years of recent experience with Angular 8 or higher.
• Strong understanding of collections framework, multi-threading, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Oracle and other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
• Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare claims processing applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices.
