About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our innovative team at gskinner. What You'll Do

• Lead core development efforts and ensure high-quality code standards.
• Collaborate with team members to organize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional solutions.
• Utilize your experience in Flutter to create beautiful UIs with robust functionality.
• Conduct performance profiling, optimization, debugging, and state management.
• Participate in agile/kanban processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Flutter at an intermediary or senior level.
• Experience with React Native or native mobile development is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in performance profiling and debugging.
• Familiarity with build processes, unit testing, and agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional mobile frameworks.
