Senior Field Project Manager - Remote Opportunities in Construction

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Field Project Manager to join our team at Innspace. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing hotel renovation projects across various locations in the United States. As a Senior Field Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction phase of hotel renovations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Manage one or multiple hotel renovation projects concurrently, ensuring effective project life cycle management.
• Provide bi-weekly written reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships onsite with hotel management, ensuring smooth operations during renovations.
• Forecast and recruit necessary resources to achieve project goals.
• Track project costs and assist in budget management to avoid overruns.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and safety plans.
• Lead weekly meetings and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
• Implement construction safety practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Requirements

• 1-8 years of project management experience in construction or related fields.
• Preferred degree in engineering or construction management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to project sites.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Smartsheet, ProCore, and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of hotel renovation processes and standards.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
