Senior ERP Project Manager - Global Microsoft Dynamics Rollout (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead global Microsoft Dynamics rollouts in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior ERP Project Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency across various regions by implementing innovative software solutions tailored for the insurance sector. What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end ERP or enterprise system rollouts within a structured global program framework.
• Own project planning, execution, monitoring, and go-live phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Sales, HR, and IT.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations proactively to ensure project success.
• Oversee finance data migration, ensuring ownership alignment and validation.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards in multi-entity environments.
• Provide structured reporting to global program leadership.
• Be hands-on when required while maintaining strategic oversight.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP or Enterprise Project Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle ERP rollouts.
• Experience managing finance data migration effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, Legal, Sales, and IT.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style (nice-to-have).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, AX, Finance & Operations) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and Project Accounting processes is advantageous.
• Experience in template-driven global ERP rollouts is desirable.
• Experience upgrading or migrating legacy systems is a plus.
