About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager - Dashboard & Growth (Remote) to lead our engineering team in developing innovative solutions for our dashboard and growth initiatives. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive the development of our dashboard and growth features, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Implement best practices in software engineering, including Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Utilize modern technologies such as GO, TypeScript, and React to build robust applications.
• Oversee the integration of APIs and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
• Manage the engineering lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background in software engineering, with proficiency in GO, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with cloud architectures and data engineering.
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and delivering high-quality software products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a growth mindset.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fraud detection solutions or related fields.
• Familiarity with subscription platforms and payments.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions and their application in software development.
