About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager - Dashboard & Growth Remote to lead our engineering team in developing innovative solutions for our dashboard and growth initiatives. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong background in software engineering, with proficiency in GO, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with cloud architectures and data engineering.
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience in B2B sales and account-based marketing is a plus.
