About the Role

Upwork is hiring a full-time Senior Director of Product, Reputation to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive product innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product vision and strategy for reputation management, ensuring alignment with Upwork's overall goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features effectively.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in reputation management or related fields is a plus.
