Senior Digital Creative Producer - Remote Position

About the Role

Monks is seeking a talented Senior Digital Creative Producer - Remote to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals in a fully remote setting, focusing on performance creative production that drives impactful results for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with clients and creative teams to develop compelling creative strategies.
• Manage the production processes for short-form video content, ensuring high-quality output.
• Translate client briefs into actionable directions for creative teams.
• Scope and quote projects accurately to meet client expectations.
• Utilize your experience in direct response media to enhance creative execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Oversee the creative production process from concept to delivery.
• Ensure that all projects align with the brand's vision and objectives.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in performance creative production.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Deep familiarity with short-form content and its production processes.
• Experience with Facebook/Instagram ad design is a plus.
• Experience with banner ad design is a plus.
• B2C and B2B experience is a plus.
• UGC production experience is a plus.
