About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data science to develop cutting-edge machine learning models and conduct in-depth data analyses that guide strategic decision-making. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will collaborate with various teams to innovate and automate processes while focusing on creating impactful insights.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, develop, train, evaluate, and monitor machine learning models using classical approaches, NLP/NLI, and LLMs.
  • Conduct experiments, proof of concepts (PoCs), and discovery initiatives to support decision-making and process automation.
  • Explore and analyze business data, performing diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses.
  • Evaluate, estimate, and track costs of implementation and operation at scale for proposed solutions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate results, insights, and project impacts.
  • Collaborate with business and technology areas, aligning expectations and advocating for technical best practices.
  • Propose innovations, support technical decisions, and contribute to the continuous evolution of data and AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Advanced Python experience, with proficiency in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pydantic, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL experience, working with relational databases.
  • Experience with Databricks.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, including regression, classification, clustering, and NLP techniques.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Data Scientist, focusing on remote projects.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
