About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our innovative team at Instaffo. This Senior Data Scientist remote position is perfect for an experienced professional looking to lead data-driven projects and make a significant impact in the field of data science. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms.

What You'll Do

• Lead data science, machine learning, and deep learning projects from conception to implementation.
• Consult and support clients on data science and machine learning topics with your exceptional consulting skills.
• Develop and apply advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Identify trends and patterns in large datasets to drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement data-driven solutions.
• Manage complex projects based on agile methodologies.
• Continuously maintain and develop best practices in data science and machine learning.
• Support junior colleagues in their daily tasks and act as a mentor for questions and guidance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data science.
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Docker.
• Strong project management skills and a passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• Fluent in German (C1 level) and good command of English.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a collaborative culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
