As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting datasets to extract valuable insights and build predictive models that solve real-world business problems.

What You'll Do

• Utilize statistical techniques, machine learning, and programming skills to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and engineers, to understand complex business requirements.
• Prepare and present analysis results in both visual and written formats to communicate insights effectively.
• Build and integrate complex predictive models and machine-learning algorithms into existing systems.
• Lead data science projects, ensuring quality improvements and troubleshooting data incidents.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in data science and business intelligence.
• Support the strategic roadmap for data science initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or a related area.
• Proficiency in data science tools such as Azure Databricks, Power BI, Python, R, and C.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LLM (open source or closed) and RAG architecture.
• Experience in front-end web app development (Flaskapp, Gradio, etc.).
• Expertise in Power Platforms.
