Senior Customer Service Executive - Export Coordination
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive - Export Coordination to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of export shipments, ensuring timely documentation, customer communication, compliance, and smooth execution from order confirmation to final delivery and post-shipment support. As a key bridge between customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Receive, review, and validate export orders/POs, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantities, pricing, and documentation requirements.
- Create and update Sales Orders (SO) in SAP SD, ensuring accuracy in material codes, pricing conditions, and delivery dates.
- Perform standard SAP checks such as ATP, Credit Check, and pricing validations to ensure alignment with customer Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely establishment of Letters of Credit (LC) in line with agreed payment terms.
- Manage customer queries, service issues, and complaints with defined turnaround times to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure dispatch readiness and shipment prioritization.
- Ensure all export operations comply with internal SOPs, statutory guidelines, and global trade requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS on operational KPIs, including on-time shipment performance and customer escalations.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree (B.Com. / B.Sc.) or equivalent; preferably holding a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or an MBA.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) module in SAP.
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented with an innovative approach and finance acumen.
