What You'll Do

• Lead the identification of marketing and innovation opportunities through market data analysis, customer behavior insights, and sector trends.
• Define and review product roadmaps and promotional campaigns in alignment with technical and commercial teams.
• Monitor strategic events and institutional actions from planning to execution, ensuring brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
• Validate communication strategies with technical areas, promoting alignment between content, format, and campaign objectives.
• Present strategic proposals to leadership, structuring analyses, recommendations, and projections in executive materials.
• Support product development and marketing materials, ensuring quality and alignment with commercial and institutional goals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical support to teams involved in commercial and marketing actions.
• Track projects and action plans, monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in commercial analysis, preferably in consultative sales.
• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and large clients.
• Experience in market intelligence and marketing strategies.
• Knowledge in preparing and structuring technical commercial proposals.
• Experience in corporate events and institutional representation is desirable.
• Availability for remote work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
