In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care by verifying their eligibility and benefit information. What You'll Do

• Verify patient eligibility and benefit information to ensure accuracy and timely communication with provider offices.
• Complete soft checks and Green VOBs for verification.
• Document and relay benefit information clearly and timely.
• Respond to provider office emails professionally.
• Enter benefit verifications accurately into internal systems.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to leadership.
• Assist with weekend administrative tasks and projects.
• Adhere to confidentiality standards and maintain patient privacy.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance portals and electronic verification systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technologies.
• Dependable and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
