Senior Civil Engineer - Project Management (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead project management efforts in structural engineering, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

What You'll Do

• Define and continuously update project goals while resolving technical conflicts.
• Apply established project management methodologies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee financial planning and monitoring of awarded services.
• Coordinate all internal and external project stakeholders, including engineering firms and authorities.
• Manage and process engineering contracts effectively.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, ensuring transparent information exchange.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate tender documents, guiding the procurement process.
• Lead construction and project meetings, monitoring construction execution and conducting quality control inspections.

Requirements

• Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing. / Master's) in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in structural engineering or comparable fields.
• Expertise in cross-disciplinary areas of structural engineering, including relevant laws and technical standards.
• Proficiency in CAD applications (e.g., Allplan).
• Fluency in German at C1 level.
