About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ChatBot Developer - Remote to join our innovative team at Alter Solutions. In this role, you will lead the technical aspects of Contact Center and chatbot projects, utilizing your extensive expertise in platforms like Sprinklr. Your contributions will enhance user engagement and streamline operations, making a significant impact on our projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of chatbot solutions that enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and objectives for chatbot initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide the development team to ensure adherence to best practices in chatbot development.
  • Define, develop, and deploy solutions using platforms such as Sprinklr and Dialogflow.
  • Integrate chatbots with CRM and other business systems for seamless workflows.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality chatbot solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience in defining, developing, and deploying Contact Center solutions on Sprinklr.
  • Deep expertise in contact center platforms, particularly Sprinklr for both chatbot and telephony.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Sprinklr Platform.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts related to Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
