About the Role

We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer for Large Language Model Training to join our innovative team at Highbrow Technology Inc. This fully remote position allows you to work on cutting-edge AI projects, contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs). If you have a passion for competitive programming and algorithm design, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

  • Refine and validate problem statements with strict formatting using LaTeX and ensure deterministic outputs.
  • Verify brute-force and optimal solutions for correctness and efficiency.
  • Develop step-by-step reasoning from naive to optimal approaches.
  • Generate robust test cases and validate them using Docker tools.
  • Maintain metadata including complexity and difficulty of programming problems.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in data structures and algorithms, including Dynamic Programming, Graphs, and Segment Trees.
  • 4 years of proficiency in C++17; knowledge of Java is a plus.
  • Comfortable using GitHub, IDEs, and relevant tooling.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in competitive programming is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks.
  • Experience in working with Large Language Models.
  • Previous remote work experience.
