About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team at JND Inc. This remote position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analytics and business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to create insightful reports and dashboards that enhance operational efficiency and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence (BI) solutions and data analytics.
  • Extract valuable insights and create informative dashboards and reports tailored for management.
  • Gather and organize data from various internal and external sources.
  • Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and essential business metrics.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of company performance, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
  • Provide valuable inputs for strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate coordination among departments by fostering strong relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data modeling/analysis, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with statistical testing, modeling, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
