What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyze and understand the underlying business processes and objectives.
- Write comprehensive Software Development Requirement Documents (SDRDs) detailing functional and technical requirements.
- Create Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) that clearly outline system functionalities and interactions.
- Engage in effective communication with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Utilize your expertise to model business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
- Apply analytical thinking to contribute to innovative solutions and overcome challenges during project execution.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members, fostering a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Outsourcing Company.
- Experience with Finance or Fintech projects is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven facilitation skills with experience in writing SDRDs and FSDs.
- Familiarity with requirements engineering and stakeholder analysis.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using Jira/Trello or related task management tools.

- Good understanding of UI/UX (web and mobile) and the website development process.
