Senior Business Analyst - ERP Implementation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ERP Implementation to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will lead the requirements gathering and implementation planning for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding our business processes across departments, translating stakeholder needs into comprehensive ERP requirements, and ensuring successful system implementation that supports our mission to transform construction through AI-powered solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive requirements gathering for ERP system implementation across all business functions (HR, Finance, Operations, Projects, Inventory).
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops with department heads and team members to understand current processes and future needs.
• Document clear functional and technical requirements for ERP modules.
• Create world-class specifications, user stories, process maps, and data flow diagrams for ERP implementation.
• Identify gaps between current processes and ERP capabilities, recommending solutions and customizations.
• Map current business processes (as-is) across all departments and design future state processes (to-be) optimized for ERP implementation.
• Act as primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and ERP vendors/consultants.
• Support ERP implementation team with clarifications on requirements and participate in system configuration reviews and testing phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven ERP implementation experience.
• Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal)—REQUIRED and strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)—REQUIRED.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across different departments.

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with ERP systems specifically in construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar).
