Senior Analyst, Paid Social - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Paid Social - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in paid social marketing to optimize campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving digital performance marketing strategies that enhance our clients' visibility and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
• Utilize data visualization tools and SQL to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective media strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing and QA testing to ensure the effectiveness of digital assets.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid social marketing or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta ADS and programmatic trading.
• Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce marketing and performance marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse.
• Knowledge of visual testing methodologies.
