What You'll Do

• Own the design, deployment, and scaling of AI systems across the platform.
• Integrate best-in-class APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
• Fine-tune and run open-source models to enhance product capabilities.
• Collaborate with an experienced Engineering Manager and a team of data and DevOps professionals.
• Build reliable, observable AI systems used daily by real customers in high-volume hospitality environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shipping AI or ML systems into production.
• Hands-on experience integrating managed AI services and APIs.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, inference performance, and deployment.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience with unstructured data such as video or audio.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools.
• Exposure to hospitality, retail, or operational systems.
