About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager - IT/Telecom Solutions to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will empower enterprises to accelerate their business transformation by leveraging advanced technologies. Your expertise will help build rapport and long-term relationships with customers across various segments, including Banking & Finance, MNCs, Professional Services, Retail, Hospitality, and Construction.

What You'll Do

  • Develop proactive sales strategies and total solution selling approaches tailored to the IT and Telecom sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and enhance customer retention through effective account development plans.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction for key projects.
  • Utilize your knowledge of account management to sell a wide range of products and services within your assigned territory.
  • Provide excellent account servicing and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • A degree or higher diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of sales-related experience, preferably in the IT/Telecom industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and telecommunications products and services.
  • Excellent account servicing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
