Semi Senior QA Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Semi Senior QA Engineer - Remote to join our team at 10Folders and help ensure the quality and reliability of our clients' applications. In this role, you will design, document, and execute test cases based on product requirements. As a Semi Senior QA Engineer, you'll investigate, reproduce, and analyze user-reported issues, validating bug fixes and confirming that issues have been resolved.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute test cases based on product requirements to ensure software quality.
• Investigate and reproduce user-reported issues, providing detailed analysis.
• Validate bug fixes and confirm that issues have been resolved effectively.
• Document findings clearly and communicate effectively with developers.
• Utilize browser developer tools to assist in testing and debugging.
• Run mobile applications using emulators to ensure cross-platform functionality.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and improve testing processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies and project updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA or a related role.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience in test case design and defect reporting.
• Proficiency with browser developer tools.
• Ability to document findings clearly and communicate effectively with developers.
• Basic command-line usage and knowledge of Git commands are nice to have.
• Experience running mobile applications with an emulator is a plus.
