About the Role
Join us at Noble House Hotels & Resorts for our Seasonal Hospitality Staff Job Fair on March 4th and 5th! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at The Chatham Inn, Cape Cod’s only Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the hospitality industry, where you can engage with guests and create memorable experiences. Our job fair will take place from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, and we hope to see you there!
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service as a Host, Server, Bartender, or in Culinary roles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and tastings to enhance your knowledge of food and wine.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support wine service and ensure proper handling of flatware and glassware.
Requirements
- Energetic and detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak summer season.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.
