What You'll Do

• Engage in a 12-month immersive program that combines hands-on experience with structured learning paths.
• Work closely with experienced Solution Engineering Buddies to support live deals and gain real-world insights.
• Participate in inspiration sessions with senior professionals to broaden your understanding of the industry.
• Complete rotations in both Solution Engineering and Sales, spending 60% of your time in role-specific tasks and 40% on learning.
• Achieve self-paced certifications and skills assessments to prepare for promotion opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a 2025 or 2026 graduate with a minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship or project experience in a tech-related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce products and solutions.
• Experience in customer engagement or sales roles.
