About the Role

Join our team as a Sales Team Advisor in the beverage industry! This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and drive sales for iconic brands like Pepsi, Rockstar, and Starbucks. As a Sales Team Advisor remote, you will guide and develop a team of sales representatives, ensuring success and exceeding targets in the Winona territory.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Distribution and Displays: Secure placement for new GPC beverages and implement display activities to support sales goals.
  • Order Management: Manage orders for GPC beverages across all assigned accounts.
  • Customer Agreements: Sell and ensure compliance with Customer Development Agreements (CDAs) at designated accounts.
  • Store Resets: Reset Small and Large Format accounts to align with GPC standards.
  • Engage Customers: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers.
  • Retail Insights: Conduct weekly retail audits and track ad performance to inform strategies.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and nurture strong customer relationships while driving sales growth.
  • Lead the Team: Inspire, coach, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Optimize Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in sales, preferably within the soft drink industry.
  • Demonstrated sales and service ability.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs. periodically.
