What You'll Do

• Deliver an amazing shopping experience that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Perform register functions while leveraging your sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met.
• Assist in organizing the stockroom and providing a clean, inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Fashion-focused and up-to-date with current trends.
• Physical ability to stand and walk during scheduled shifts.
• Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, moving store fixtures, and handling packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
