About the Role

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Sales Associate remote to generate revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach. This role involves selling WIN Waste Innovations services to moderately large and/or complex accounts, typically generating between $250 - $1500 in monthly revenue. As a Sales Associate remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to resolve unique customer issues and concerns.
  • Manage prospects effectively by developing sound marketing plans and maintaining key information in Salesforce.com.
  • Increase existing account revenue by meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in waste evaluation skills and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Communicate Business Unit pricing and service strategies effectively to clients.
  • Proactively engage in identifying new business opportunities within WIN Waste Innovations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Managers to market regional account opportunities effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to market successfully to large accounts.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Proposal Tools, TRUX, and Pricing Tools.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in the waste management industry.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management.
  • Previous experience in a sales role.
