Reverse Unit Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reverse Unit Supervisor to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of reverse units, power swivels, and associated equipment for servicing oil and gas wells. As a Reverse Unit Supervisor, you will operate equipment to achieve desired downhole results as directed by our customers.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the operation of reverse units and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Make informed decisions regarding wellsite operations and equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate records and complete work tickets as per company and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DOT rules and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
• Respond to customer needs on a 24-hour basis and provide technical expertise.
• Implement required maintenance and repairs on all equipment under your control.
• Calculate pump requirements and determine the appropriate equipment for various job types.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test, MVR check, and criminal background check.
• Strong knowledge of oil field equipment and pumping operations.
• Ability to perform calculations related to displacement, volumes, weights, and pipe tallies.
• Experience with power swivels and understanding of torque ratings and tubular weights.

Nice to Have

• Previous supervisory experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Certification in safety and operational procedures.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting.
