Retail Print Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

As a Retail Print Manager at The ODP Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving print sales and service growth within our high print volume store. This Retail Print Manager position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while leading a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional print services and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Oversee all aspects of the print production process, managing print equipment and supplies.
• Drive a sales-focused environment through training and development of all associates in print services.
• Act as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Provide guidance and ongoing training to associates to enhance their understanding of print processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
• Maintain the safety and security of the print department during the absence of other managers.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including cash handling and daily store balancing.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum two years of management experience or demonstration of skills through an internal development program.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach and train others in a professional environment.
• Adaptability to a changing environment.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising displays and standards.
