Reservations Manager - Adaptive Sports
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Reservations Manager remote to join the National Ability Center team in Park City, Utah. In this full-time role, you will oversee the reservations process, ensuring a seamless experience for participants in our adaptive sports programs. Your leadership will help create life-changing experiences for individuals with disabilities.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and mentor a team of reservation staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Monitor reservation trends and program effectiveness, using data to drive improvements.
- Ensure the timely processing of reservations, payments, and waivers, maintaining high standards of accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service standards and communication strategies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the reservations process.
- Field questions and feedback from participants and stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Assist with fundraising events and represent the National Ability Center at various functions.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in reservations or customer experience roles.
- 2 years of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and reservations systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of adaptive sports and disabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
