Research and Insight Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Research and Insight Manager to join Bauer Media Outdoor in a remote capacity. This role is essential for driving our commercial success by providing valuable insights that shape our sales strategies. As a Research and Insight Manager, you will work closely with our sales team to develop data-driven narratives that enhance our pitches and resonate with clients.

What You'll Do

• Partner with sales to create insight-driven pitch narratives and strengthen sales arguments.
• Coach sales teams on how to apply insights effectively.
• Work with clients to scope, negotiate, and agree on research projects.
• Own research projects end-to-end, including briefing, commissioning, and delivery.
• Design, script, and interpret online surveys/questionnaires.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Produce reports and present findings internally and externally.
• Develop engaging ways to communicate research outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the media sales process and where insight adds value.
• Experience in media-related research projects, including building commercially focused, insight-led pitches.
• Familiarity with tools like TGI, Touchpoints, and AdIntel.
• Ability to turn raw research into actionable commercial insights.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Genuine interest in consumer behavior.
• Proven ability to run research projects end-to-end, from commissioning to analysis, reporting, and presenting results to stakeholders.
• Experience running campaign effectiveness studies.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the media or advertising industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics.
• Advanced data visualization skills.
