Remuneration & Analytics Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join Canon as a Remuneration & Analytics Specialist remote and play a pivotal role in shaping our reward strategy. This position offers the opportunity to influence leaders and drive data-led decisions within a highly collaborative team that values autonomy and flexibility.

What You'll Do

• Lead the group-wide remuneration review process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Manage annual incentive calculations and prepare senior leader letters.
• Design, review, and evolve remuneration, incentive, and benefits programs.
• Oversee superannuation governance, including policy management and provider relationships.
• Develop and enhance HR analytics dashboards and reporting in PowerBI, providing insights into performance trends.
• Collate and manage data for WGEA reporting, tracking progress against targets.
• Maintain and refresh the Remuneration Governance Plan, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• Proactively manage the HR P&L, tracking expenditure and identifying efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in remuneration and benefits or finance, with a strong track record in managing remuneration programs.
• Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to turn complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP and PowerBI.
• Sound understanding of remuneration design, market benchmarking, and Australian regulatory landscape.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across HR, Finance, and the business.
