What You'll Do

• Lead the underwriting and portfolio teams, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring high performance.
• Develop and implement credit origination practices based on internal and external data, industry regulations, and program standards.
• Oversee transaction evaluation, customer monitoring, risk rating, and portfolio exposure analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, and other business units to enhance business strategies.
• Accountable for training and developing a high-performing underwriting and portfolio team.
• Contribute to workout strategies and performance reporting, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in portfolio management and underwriting, with a focus on financial services.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of credit origination practices and industry regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate transactions and assess risk.
