Remote Travel and Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Travel and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to important clinical trial studies.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate travel arrangements for clients and staff, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries and client interactions.
• Collaborate with clinical trial teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and travel management systems to manage schedules and data entry.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Experience in customer service or travel coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with travel industry tools such as WS/SABRE GDS is preferred.
